3 super easy desserts that will impress your guests!

If you don’t have a lot of time, but still crave for a dessert, we’ve carefully selected 3 of our favorite recipes that can be ready in no-time to satisfy your sweet tooth. Small bite-sized, they are perfect to offer to your guests as well, and guaranteed to impress!

Coconut Snowballs Recipe

You will need 500 grams of grated coconut to start with. Leave aside half a cup and mix the remaining coconut with one can of Nestle sweetened condensed milk. Shape the mixture into small balls and coat with the remaining coconut. Refrigerate for an hour at least before serving.

Chocolate Vermicelli Balls Recipe

Mix 1 can of Nestle sweetened condensed milk with ¼ cup of cocoa powder and 2 tbsp of softened butter in a medium saucepan. Cook mixture on medium heat, stirring constantly, until bottom of the pan shows for a couple of seconds when you scrape the mixture with a wooden spoon before it levels out again (5 to 8 minutes). Remove from heat, mix in 1 tbsp of vanilla extract and spread the chocolate mixture onto a greased plate to cool at room temperature.

Roll the mixture into balls with greased hands then coat with chocolate vermicelli. Place into paper cups and serve chilled.

Pistachio Almonds Balls Recipe

Using a food processor, crush 20 plain biscuits. Add to a bowl with 1 cup of Nestle sweetened condensed milk, 50 g of softened butter, 2 tbsp of cocoa, ½ cup of ground pistachios and ½ cup of ground almonds. Mix well and refrigerate for an hour (You can increase or reduce the quantity of nuts depending on the consistency of the dough). Shape into small balls and coat with flaked almonds or pistachios. Serve chilled.
