  • 0.75 cup of butter
  • 0.5 cup of Caster sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tin of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1.75 cups of Plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Bicarbonate of soda
  • 3 medium of Bananas
  • 0.5 cup of Walnuts
  1. Beat butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes until well combined. Add eggs, lemon juice and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk then mix to combine all together.

  2. Add flour, baking powder and soda bicarbonate over the mixture and mix until mixture is well combined.

  3. Fold the mixture with chopped bananas and walnuts and pour into a greased and floured 23x28cm cake tin. Bake in a 190°C preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

  4. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
