Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g

From the kitchen you will need

  • Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g 1 tin
  • Rose Water 1 tablespoon
  • Walnuts (ground) 1 cup
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • Cardamom (ground) 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder ¼ teaspoon
  • Corn Oil ¼ cup
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Sugar (powdered) 2 cups

Step by Step

  • For the dough, in a bowl mix Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, flour, water, baking powder and cardamom.
  • Mix and turn until the dough becomes very soft.
  • Leave the dough for half an hour to rest.

  • For the filling, add 2 tablespoon of Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk to the ground walnuts, cinnamon, cardamom and rosewater.
  • Flatten a small piece of dough in a round shape and add the filling within and close it.
  • Fry the stuffed dough pieces until the color turns golden.
  • Remove to cool and dip the fried dough pieces in Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk. Then dip again in powdered sugar.
  • Add some cardamom as a topping to the beid el qata.
