Place Saffron Strands in a small cup and pour hot milk over. Allow to rest to hydrate saffron.
In a mixing bowl, combine Yogurt, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, Cardamom Powder and whisk until smooth.
Fill 6 oven-proof ramekins with the content, place in a deep oven tray, fill tray half way with Water (Water Bath) and bake in a pre heated oven at 190 degrees C for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven, spoon a teaspoon of the Milk and Saffron mixture over each ramekin while still hot, and allow to cool to room temperature; and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
Mix 4 cups of low fat milk with 1 tin of NESTLÉ Fat Free sweetened condensed milk, till blended.
Pour the milk mix in each Jar till full, then Keep overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, mix all the ingredients in the jars, add your chopped fruits and enjoy your parfait.
