For the cream stuffing:

  • 2 tins of NESTLÉ Cream
  • 4 tablespoons of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Ghee
  • 2 tablespoons of Blossom water
  • 3 tablespoons of corn flour

For the mafruka dough:

  • 4 cups of unsalted cashew nuts
  • 1 cup of Caster sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of Rose water
  1. Mix in a saucepan NESTLÉ Cream, water, ghee, blossom water and corn flour. Simmer with constant stirring until it thickens, then pour in a large dish and set aside to cool at room temperature.

  2. Place ground cashew nuts, sugar, rose water and water in a bowl and mix well to form dough.

  3. Take a small piece of cashew nuts dough and flatten with your hands and place a teaspoon of the cooled cream stuffing. Close carefully to form a ball.

  4. Press the stuffed dough into a wooden maamoul mold to form a pattern on the upper side of the dough.
