  • 0.5 cup of Caster sugar
  • 0.5 cup of Vegetable oil
  • 1.75 cups of Plain flour
  • 0.5 cup of Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
  • 0.5 teaspoon of Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tin of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup of Dark chocolate
  1. Combine eggs, sugar and oil in an electric beater. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

  2. Add to the mixture; flour, sifted cacao powder, vanilla, baking powder and bicarbonate soda. Beat for another 2 minutes or until well combined.

  3. Add gradually NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and the melted chocolate and mix until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

  4. Pour mixture into a 23x28cm greased and floured baking pan and bake in 180°C preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
