Beat the butter and caster sugar for 5 minutes until creamy, then add the egg yolk and beat well.
Add the flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix well. Spread into a base of a 28cm x 24cm baking tin lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes in 180°C preheated oven then remove and set aside.
Combine NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and the sifted cocoa powder and stir until well combined. Add raisins, chocolate chips, vanilla, ground almonds and egg; Mix well and pour over the prepared base.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in 180°C preheated oven. Remove from oven and set to cool.
Cut into small slices and serve.
