  • 1.75 cups of Plain flour
  • 1 tin of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 0.75 cup of butter
  • 0.33 cup of Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of dried ginger powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 0.5 cup of mixed dried fruits
  • 0.67 cup of Raisins
  • 0.25 cup of Icing sugar
  1. Beat all the ingredients, except the dried fruits and raisins, for 5 minutes or until they change in color. (Use a wooden spoon if an electrical mixer is not available.)

  2. Add the dried fruits and raisins and mix for 1 minute.

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 25cm round baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 35 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.

  4. Decorate the side with a red ribbon; cover the top with the icing sugar and garnish with Christmas decoration.
