  • 1 can (370 g) of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 150 g of butter
  • 75 g of shredded coconut
  • 240 ml of coconut juice
  • 325 g of flour
  • 10 g of dried yeast
  • 3 Eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 1800C.

  2. Beat the eggs with butter, coconut, nestle sweetened con-densed milk and coconut juice.

  3. Add flour and yeast and beat again until well combined.

  4. Pour the mixture in a Bundt cake pan and bake for 40 minutes.

  5. Remove pan from oven, leave for 5 minutes in the pan then transfer to a cooling rack until completely cool.

  6. Garnish with some powdered sugar.
