Preheat oven to 1800C.
Beat the eggs with butter, coconut, nestle sweetened con-densed milk and coconut juice.
Add flour and yeast and beat again until well combined.
Pour the mixture in a Bundt cake pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove pan from oven, leave for 5 minutes in the pan then transfer to a cooling rack until completely cool.
Garnish with some powdered sugar.
