Put sugar in a pot and leave over medium heat until melted, without stirring,to make a light caramel.
Step 2
Split mixture in small flan molds and set aside.
Put all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and beat until well combined.
Step 3
Distribute the mixture equally in the molds and bake in a double boiler on 1800*C for around an hour.
Step 4
Remove from oven, allow to cool, then transfer to the refrigerator until serving
.
Step 5
Remove flan from molds by passing a knife around the sides and putting the molds in hot water.
