  • 2 cups of Water
  • 4 tablespoons of Honey
  • 2 cups of instant couscous
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1.5 cups of liquid cream
  • 1 tin of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 0.5 cup of toasted almonds
  • 0.5 cup of Pistachio nuts
  • 200 g of Strawberries
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  1. Bring water and honey to boil in a casserole.

  2. Remove from heat, stir in couscous using a fork then cover and let it stand for 4 minutes.

  3. Add butter. Stir and fluff with a fork until well combined. Set aside to cool into a room temperature.

  4. Whip fresh liquid cream using electric mixer for 5-6 minutes or until it is stiff. Fold NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk with the whipped cream to combine well.

  5. Place the cooled couscous in the plate and top with cream mixture nuts, strawberries and cinnamon powder.
