Place a loaf pan in the freezer to cool
Bring water to a boil in a pot then add the tea bags and cardamom Simmer for 10 minutes
Strain the tea and put in the refrigerator to cool completely Pour the tea in a bowl then add Nestlé sweetened condensed milk
Whip the cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form then fold into the tea mixture Pour into the loaf pan
Cover with film wrap and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours
Remove from freezer and let it sit for 5 minutes at room temperature before scooping it Top with pistachios and serve immediately
