Combine the eggs, salt, sugar and lemon zest in a mixer bowl, and whip for 10 minutes until fluffy. Add gently the NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and the concentrated lemon juice into the mixture and mix with a spatula.
Sieve the flour and baking powder over the mixture, and then add the liquid cream, sour cream and butter and combine.
Pour the mixture into rectangular paper cups until ¾ filled, and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and keep aside.
