Combine biscuit crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl and then press onto the base and sides of a lightly greased, 23cm loose bottom flan tin. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
Beat egg yolks until pale and then slowly add the NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, beating constantly until the mixture is thick. Whisk in the lime juice and rind.
Pour into prepared shell. Bake in preheated 175 °C oven for 15 minutes, until just set. Cool, then refrigerate before serving. Serve with whipped cream, and a lime garnish, if desired.
