Mix the lemon zest, juice and pulp with the vanilla pod; add the mixture to the fruits and stir well.
Cover the mixture with cling film and refrigerate for one hour maximum. Remove the vanilla pod and beat the ice cream with the fruits and Nestlé sweetened condensed milk to get a creamy texture.
Serve cold with some cookies or puff pastries on the side.
