  • 750 ml of Water
  • 397 g of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 170 g of NESTLÉ Cream
  • 2 cups of canned mango nectar
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons of Caster sugar
  • 0.75 cup of corn flour
  • 1 tin of Libby's Fruit cocktail
  1. Add water, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, NESTLÉ Cream, mango juice, vanilla, sugar and corn flour in a large saucepan. Bring to boil with constant stirring until it thickens.

  2. Place some of fruit cocktails in an individual cups and pour the mango pudding over. Set aside to cool into a room temperature and then place in the fridge until the serving time.
