Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, break the biscuits into small pieces.
In bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with butter and cocoa until smooth.
Add mixture to biscuits with the mini marshmallows. Toss to coat.
Spoon the mixture in a loaf pan and press it with another piece of parchment paper.
Freeze for 3-4 hours and cut into even slices.
Decorate with colored sprinkles.
