  • 5 cups of Water
  • 0.75 cup of sago
  • 1 tin of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 0.5 cup of Sugar
  • 0.5 cup of desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of Rose water
  • 1 tablespoon of Blossom water
  • 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of Pistachio nuts
  1. Place water and sago in a casserole and bring to boil, simmer over low heat with occasional stirring for 30 minutes or until sago is tender.

  2. Add NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, sugar and coconut. Simmer again over low heat for 10 minutes or until mixture becomes thick.

  3. Add rose water and blossom water stir then pour over small bowls and set aside to cool to a room temperature.

  4. Mix toasted coconut and pistachio together. Garnish mohallabieh with the coconut mixture and chill in the fridge then serve.
