  • 2 tins of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 5.5 cups of Water
  • 0.75 cup of white rice flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons of Vanilla powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon of Rose water
  • 0.5 teaspoon of Blossom water
  • 0.5 cup of Almonds
  1. In a casserole, bring to boil NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk with ¾ of the water.

  2. In another bowl, dissolve the remaining water with the rice powder and vanilla powder.

  3. Slowly pour the rice mixture over the hot milk constantly stirring and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens.

  4. Add the rose and blossom water and mix well.

  5. Pour the mixture into small bowls, and garnish with the grated almonds or pistachio.
