For the nougatine:
Prepare the syrup with the sugar and water; boil until it becomes caramel in color, then add the roasted almonds and mix for 5 seconds. Transfer to a baking paper or a silicon mat for 5 minutes to crystallize and then crush it.
For the nougat:
Combine the NESTLÉ Cream, liquid cream, honey and whip until you get a creamy texture.
Add the dry fruits, nuts, nougatine, and mix slowly using a big spoon.
Pour the mixture into a flexi pan mold or any cup and freeze it for 4 to 6 hours.
