For the nougatine:

  • 0.25 cup of Sugar
  • 20 ml of Water
  • 0.25 cup of roasted almonds

For the nougat:

  • 1 tin of NESTLÉ Cream
  • 150 g of liquid cream
  • 25 g of Acacia honey
  • 45 g of fruit comfit
  • 25 g of orange peel comfit
  • 3 teaspoons of Raisins
  • 3 tablespoons of Pistachio nuts
  1. For the nougatine:

  2. Prepare the syrup with the sugar and water; boil until it becomes caramel in color, then add the roasted almonds and mix for 5 seconds. Transfer to a baking paper or a silicon mat for 5 minutes to crystallize and then crush it.

  3. For the nougat:

  4. Combine the NESTLÉ Cream, liquid cream, honey and whip until you get a creamy texture.

  5. Add the dry fruits, nuts, nougatine, and mix slowly using a big spoon.

  6. Pour the mixture into a flexi pan mold or any cup and freeze it for 4 to 6 hours.
