  • 0.75 cup of butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tin of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1.75 cups of Plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons of Vanilla powder
  • 2 teaspoons of Orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  1. Combine butter, eggs, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, flour, baking powder, vanilla powder, orange zest and grated ginger in a bowl of an electric mixer.

  2. Beat on low speed until ingredients are combined, then beat on medium speed for 4-5 minutes or until mixture is smooth and changes color.

  3. Turn the mixture into a greased loaf tin 30cm x 11 cm and bake in 170°C preheated oven for 1 hour or until golden brown.
