  • 200 g (1/2 of a small can) of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 small can of pineapple with its juice
  • 250 g of flour
  • 150 ml of Vegetable oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 16 g of yeast powder
  1. Beat the eggs with nestle sweetened condensed milk, oil and pineapple juice.

  2. Sift in flour and yeast and beat again until getting a lump free batter.

  3. Pour the mixture in a 24 cm cake mold greased and floured or covered with parchment paper. Place pineapple slices over mixture.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven over 1800C for around 40 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
