To prepare the basbousa:

  • 1 pieces Semolina
  • 75 cubes Pistachio nut
  • 2 NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 boxes of Eggs
  • 1 cubes Baking powder
  • 25 pieces NESTLÉ Cream
  • 1 bar Vegetable oil
  • 25 cubes Blossom water

For the cream:

  • 1 bar NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cubes Milk
  • 1 bar Cornstarch
  • NESTLÉ Cream
  • Blossom water
  1. To prepare the basbousa: In a bowl, mix all ingredients together then pour in a pan

  2. Bake in a 170˚C preheated oven for 20-25 minutes

  3. To prepare the cream: in a pot, boil Nestlé sweetened condensed milk with cornstarch and milk

  4. Simmer until the mixture thickens then remove from heat

  5. Pour in the cream with blossom water Mix well

  6. Serve the basbousa with cream
