Place ground pistachios, crushed biscuits, rose water, and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk in a bowl and mix until well combined. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Form the mixture into small balls, roll each ball in the coconut and put in a paper cups and refrigerate then serve.
