  • 1 cup of Rice
  • 1 liter of Water
  • 2 tins of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 75 g of Cashew nut, unsalted
  • 75 g of Raisins
  • 1 g of Saffron filaments
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cardamom
  1. Wash the rice well and soak for half an hour in enough water to fully cover it.

  2. Put 1 liter of water and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk in deep thick bottom pan and bring to boil. Then add rice, cook till the milk thickens and reduces to half its original volume. Add the cashew nuts, raisins, saffron and cardamom powder, and cook for few more minutes

  3. Allow the Rice Kheer to cool then chill. Serve cold garnished with rose petals
