Sahlab Cheesecake Popsicle Recipe

  • 400 tins of Cream cheese
  • 10 liters of Rose water
  • 2 ground cardamom
  • 2 ground cinnamon
  • 1 cubes of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 450 liters of whipping cream

For the topping:

  • 50 g of Pistachio nuts
  • 100 g of white chocolate
  1. Prepare your favorite Popsicle mold and keep it in the freezer until the cheesecake mixture is ready

  2. Beat the cream cheese until soft then add cardamom and cinnamon Mix in Nestlé sweetened condensed milk

  3. Whip the cream until peaks form then fold into the cream cheese mixture

  4. Pour mixture evenly into each Popsicle mold Tap it to remove air bubbles

  5. Place in the freezer for around 3 hours

  6. Drizzle the popsicles with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios
