Place NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, sugar and butter in a nonstick saucepan, cook and keep stirring over low heat for 5-6 minutes or until the caramel is pale golden and thick.
Add with constant stirring the tahina (reserve 1 tablespoon), ground almond and cardamom until all are well combined and forming soft dough.
Grease 20x25 cm oven tray with the remaining 1 tablespoon tahina and pour the mixture over and flatten evenly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Cool into a room temperature then place in the fridge.
Cut into squares and serve.
