  • 90 g of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 50 g of butter, at room temperature
  • 75 ml of milk, at room temperature
  • 15 g of yeast
  • 3 eggs, medium-sized
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 375 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
  1. Dissolve the yeast in the milk lightly warmed.

  2. Make a well in the middle of the flour combined with salt.

  3. Add cubed butter, nestle sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs lightly beaten, vanilla extract and milk and yeast mixture.

  4. Knead the dough until firm and does not stick to the hands.

  5. Form the dough into a ball and put in a bowl brushed with oil. Cover with cling film paper brushed with oil and leave aside to rise.

  6. Remove dough from bowl and cut it into 9 portions of the same size (around 80 g). Form the balls and put in a rectan-gular tray, it can also be done in a cake pan to give it a round shape.

  7. Leave aside to double in size covered with a kitchen towel.

  8. Beat the remaining egg and brush the dough.

  9. Preheat the oven to 1800C. Bake for around 15 minutes. Af-ter 10 minutes of baking cover with aluminum paper to avoid over browning them.

  10. To remove from pan, pass a silicon spatula on the sides of the tray when cool then transfer to a cooling rack.
