  • 55 g of gelatine powder
  • 2 sachet of gelatine powder
  • 1 can of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 can of fruit salad
  • 10 pieces of Ladyfinger biscuits
  • 5 cup of canned mango nectar
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 1 liter of Water
  1. Follow instructions on package of mango Gelatine. Dissolve with 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water. Fill your cup of choice half way with the mango gelatin and place in the fridge until it sets.

  2. Cut the lady fingers in half.Dip the lady fingers in the mango juice and quickly remove. Set aside.

  3. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin on top of1/2 cup cold water. Set aside for 5 minutes

  4. In a large bowl add the condensed milk, add 1 cup boiling water. Mix well to combine. Add the unflavored gelatin and mix well.

  5. Get the set mango gelatin from the fridge and place 1 or 2 pieces of soaked lady fingers on top as well as a spoon of Dole Tropical Fruit on all your glasses.

  6. Place just enough white gelatin mixture to cover and make a nice top layer. Once finished all the parfaits, place them in the fridge to chill approximately 2-4 hours.

  7. Before serving, make a swirl of whip cream on top and place a cherry on top from the Dole tropical fruits.
