  • 2 cups of liquid cream
  • 1 tin of NESTLÉ Cream
  • 0.33 cup of Caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup of Marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon of gelatine powder
  1. Place fresh liquid cream, NESTLÉ Cream, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl and whip using an electric hand mixer for 5-6 minutes or until mixture becomes almost stiff.

  2. Fold in the marshmallow and add the dissolved gelatin. Stir constantly or until mixture is well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture in individual cups or rectangular cake pan, cover and chill for 3 hours or until it's firm.
