In a bowl, combine biscuit crumbs, butter, ground hazel nuts and mix well. Press the mixture into the base and sides of a 25cm loose bottomed flan tin.
Spread black cherry jam evenly over the base of a prepared flan.
Combine dissolved gelatin, NESTLÉ Cream and the toasted crushed almonds in a bowl. Stir well.
Spread cream mixture evenly over black cherry jam. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
