  • 2 cups of Tea biscuits
  • 0.5 cup of butter
  • 0.5 cup of Ground Hazelnuts

For the filling:

  • 1 cup of Cherry jam
  • 1.5 tablespoons of gelatine powder
  • 2 tins of NESTLÉ Cream
  • 1 cup of toasted almonds
  1. In a bowl, combine biscuit crumbs, butter, ground hazel nuts and mix well. Press the mixture into the base and sides of a 25cm loose bottomed flan tin.

  2. Spread black cherry jam evenly over the base of a prepared flan.

  3. Combine dissolved gelatin, NESTLÉ Cream and the toasted crushed almonds in a bowl. Stir well.

  4. Spread cream mixture evenly over black cherry jam. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
