From the kitchen you will need

  • For the crust:
  • Semolina 400 g
  • Semolina (fine) 200 g
  • Flour 150 g
  • Butter 300 g
  • Sugar 220 g
  • Milk 150 ml
  • Baking Soda 6 g
  • Mahlab 6 g
  • Yeast 6 g
  • For the filling:
  • Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g 1 tin
  • Nestlé® Cream 170g 1 tin
  • Corn Flour 150 g
  • Orange Blossom Water 10 ml
  • Milk 1000 ml
  • For the garnish:
  • Exotic Fruit Mix 500 g

Step by Step

  • For the filling, in a bowl take one cup of the milk and the full quantity of corn flour and whisk it together until all the corn flour dissolves in the milk.
  • In a pot mix the remaining milk, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk and the Nestlé® Cream together and bring the mixture to boil.
  • Once the milk is boiling, add the milk and corn flour mixture and keep whisking until it thickens.
  • Pour the mixture in a deep flat tray and leave to cool and set for 2 hours.
  • In a food processor or hand mixer blend the cream well to make it soft.

  • For the crust, mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Add the softened butter and knead all the ingredients together.
  • Add the milk and keep kneading until dough is formed.
  • Spread the dough in either 2 square or round 25cm tart molds evenly.
  • Bake in a preheated oven on 170◦C for 20 min or until it turns golden.
  • Remove from mold and let it cool on a rack.
  • Pipe in the prepared cream to fill in the molds & garnish with fruits.
