Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g

From the kitchen you will need

  • Nestle® Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g 1 tin
  • Chia Seeds ½ cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Rose Water 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Water ¾ cup
  • Rice Flour 5 tablespoons
  • Orange Blossom Water 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Pistachio (chopped) 2 tablespoons
  • Cardamom (ground) ⅛ teaspoon
  • Coconut Flakes 1 ½ teaspoon

Step by Step

  • In a bowl, mix chia seeds, milk & 1 teaspoon rose water & let soak overnight, occasionally stirring a few times if seeds start to absorb the milk.
  • In a separate bowl, mix water & rice flour together.

  • In a saucepan & on medium heat, pour Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk & when it comes to boil, remove from heat & mix in the water & rice flour combination.
  • Place the saucepan back on the stove, slowly stirring the mixture until it turns into a thick custard. Add orange blossom water & remaining rose water.
  • Line lid with a paper towel and place it over the saucepan and let it chill very well (the paper towel will help absorb moisture).

  • Mix the chilled chia pudding, milk and rice mixture pudding and spoon it into serving bowls.
  • Sprinkle cardamom and stir in chopped pistachios.
  • Serve garnished with pistachios and coconut flakes.
