From the kitchen you will need
- Egyptian (short‑grain) rice 1 cup
- full‑fat milk 4 cups
- Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ cup
- Nestlé Caramel Squeezey (Dulce de Leche) ½ cup
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Pinch of salt
- For Garnish:
- Extra drizzle of Nestlé Caramel Squeezy
- Crushed almonds
- Cinnamon (optional)

Rinse the rice once. Place rice in a pot with 4 cups of milk.

Bring a gentle simmer on medium heat. Stir frequently and cook for 20–25 minutes until the rice becomes soft and creamy.

Add ½ cup Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk. Add vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until thick and glossy.

Add ½ cup Nestlé Caramel Squeezy. Stir slowly until the caramel fully melts into the pudding. You should end up with a silky, caramel‑colored pudding.

Spoon rice pudding into bowls. Swirl extra Nestlé Caramel Squeezy on top.
