Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g

From the kitchen you will need

  • Ghee 500 g
  • Caster Sugar 500 g
  • Baking Powder 4 teaspoon
  • Flour 1 kg
  • For Filling:
  • Pistachios 325 g
  • Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g 1 tin
  • Tea Biscuits 100 g
  • Rose Water 30 ml
  • Blossom Water 15 ml

Step by Step

  • Using a kitchen machine, add ghee and caster sugar to the bowl.
  • Beat using the paddle attachment for 3 minutes and/or until it turns white in color.
  • Add the flour and mix for another 2 minutes until the dough is well combined.
  • Divide the dough and form into 20 g balls.

  • For filling
  • In a food processor, grind the pistachios and biscuits finely (Powder texture).Add the Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, rose water and blossom water and blend until well combined and you have a paste texture.
  • Form long strands with the pistachio dough that you can use for filling.
  • Stuff the mini balls and fill with the pistachio filling. Form into a long oval shape, place it on the trayand decorate with the halved pistachio.

  • Place in a 350° C preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes until the bottom turns golden in color.
  • Leave in the tray until completely cold.
