Using a kitchen machine, add ghee and caster sugar to the bowl.
Beat using the paddle attachment for 3 minutes and/or until it turns white in color.
Add the flour and mix for another 2 minutes until the dough is well combined.
Divide the dough and form into 20 g balls
In a food processor, grind the pistachios and biscuits finely (Powder texture).Add the Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk, rose water and blossom water and blend until well combined and you have a paste texture.
Form long strands with the pistachio dough that you can use for filling.
Stuff the mini balls and fill with the pistachio filling. Form into a long oval shape, place it on the trayand decorate with the halved pistachio.
Place in a 350°C preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes until the bottom turns golden in color.
Leave in the tray until completely cold..
