  • Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin(370g)
  • Nestlé® Squeezy Pistachio Flavor For Garnishing
  • Nestlé Cream 2 tin(320g)
  • Cream Cheese 1 tin(200g)
  • Digestive Biscuits OR Tea Biscuits 36 pieces
  • Fresh Milk 1/2 cup (125ml)
  • Crushed pistachios 100g
  • Vermicelli pasta, toasted 11/2 cup (250-g)

Step by Step

  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, nestle cream, and Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk. Fold in the crushed pistachios. Whisk well until soft and smooth.

  • Pour the milk into a bowl. Start dipping the biscuits in the milk and lay them at the bottom of a rectangular glass oven tray until the base is covered.

  • Top the biscuit laver with a generous laver of the prepared cream. Repeat the layering. Making sure the top layer of the tray is cream.

  • Crush the vermicelli into small sticks of 5mm and cover the top evenly. Leave it to set for 4 hours and serve it cold. Garnish with a drizzle of Nestle Squeezy Pistachio and Crushed Pistachios
