Masoob with Tahini & Dates

From Nestlé® you will need

Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g

From the kitchen you will need

  • Wholewheat Flat Bread 300g 6 loaves
  • Ghee 8 tbs
  • large Bananas, peeled 400g 4
  • Tahini Paste 100g ½ cup
  • Dates, pitted 100 g
  • Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g 1 tin
  • Ghee or Nestlé Cream (optional toping)

Step by Step

Step
1

  • Break bread into small pieces and sauté in Ghee over medium heat until golden, remove and allow to cool.

Step

  • In a large bowl combine Banana, Tahini, Dates, Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk, and toasted bread and mash together.

  • Pass the mixture through a meat mincer for an even consistency.

Step

  • Transfer to serving plates and garnish top with Ghee or fresh Cream as an optional topping.
  • Can be served warm or cold
