Masoob with Tahini & Dates

From Nestlé® you will need
From the kitchen you will need
- Wholewheat Flat Bread 300g 6 loaves
- Ghee 8 tbs
- large Bananas, peeled 400g 4
- Tahini Paste 100g ½ cup
- Dates, pitted 100 g
- Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g 1 tin
- Ghee or Nestlé Cream (optional toping)

Break bread into small pieces and sauté in Ghee over medium heat until golden, remove and allow to cool.

In a large bowl combine Banana, Tahini, Dates, Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk, and toasted bread and mash together.

Pass the mixture through a meat mincer for an even consistency.
Step

Transfer to serving plates and garnish top with Ghee or fresh Cream as an optional topping.
