From Nestlé® you will need

Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g

From the kitchen you will need

  • full‑fat milk 1 liter
  • Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ cup
  • cardamom powder ¼ tsp
  • Few saffron strands (optional, premium)
  • chopped pistachios/almonds 2 tbsp
  • store‑bought rasgulla (squeezed gently) 1 tin

Step by Step

  • Heat 1 Liter milk in a wide pan. Boil, then simmer on low for 10 minutes.
  • Add ½ cup Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir. Add cardamom + saffron.
  • Simmer another 5–8 minutes until slightly thick and creamy. Add chopped pistachios.
  • Gently squeeze store‑bought rasgullas to remove excess syrup.

  • Drop the rasgullas into the warm Rabri.
  • Let them soak for at least 1 hour, preferably chilled.
  • Top with pistachios, saffron, or a drizzle of condensed milk.
