From Nestlé® you will need
From the kitchen you will need
- full‑fat milk 1 liter
- Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ cup
- cardamom powder ¼ tsp
- Few saffron strands (optional, premium)
- chopped pistachios/almonds 2 tbsp
- store‑bought rasgulla (squeezed gently) 1 tin

Heat 1 Liter milk in a wide pan. Boil, then simmer on low for 10 minutes.

Add ½ cup Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir. Add cardamom + saffron.

Simmer another 5–8 minutes until slightly thick and creamy. Add chopped pistachios.

Gently squeeze store‑bought rasgullas to remove excess syrup.

Drop the rasgullas into the warm Rabri.

Let them soak for at least 1 hour, preferably chilled.

Top with pistachios, saffron, or a drizzle of condensed milk.
