Tiramisu Dump (Mango)

From Nestlé® you will need

Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g

From the kitchen you will need

  • mango purée (fresh or canned Alphonso works great) 1 cup
  • Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 cup
  • heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks 1 cup
  • mascarpone cheese or cream cheese (softened) 250 g
  • vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • Soaking Liquid:
  • mango juice, mango nectar, or diluted purée 1 cup
  • lime or lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Layering Components:
  • ladyfingers 1-2 packs
  • fresh mango cubes 1-2 cups

Step by Step

  • In a bowl, beat the softened mascarpone (or cream cheese) until smooth.

Step

  • Add Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk and mango purée; mix until fully combined.

Step

  • Fold in the whipped cream gently. Add vanilla and a small pinch of salt.

  • Mix the mango juice and lime juice in a shallow dish.

  • Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the mango soak (don’t over‑soak).

  • Lay a full layer of a dish or tray.

  • Dump/spread half of the mango cream mixture on top.

  • Add a layer of fresh mango cubes.

Step

  • Repeat with another soaked-ladyfinger layer and remaining cream Smooth the top.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hour
