- Milk Layer (White Barfi):
- milk powder 2 cups
- Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ cup
- butter 3 tbsp
- milk ¼ cup
- cardamom (optional) ½ tsp
- Chocolate Layer:
- milk powder 1 cup
- Nestlé chocolate squeezy Sweetened Condensed Milk ¼ cup
- butter 2 tbsp
- milk 2–3 tbsp
- Topping:
- Melted chocolate (drizzle)
- Crushed pistachios or almonds

In a nonstick pan, melt 3 tbsp butter on low heat.

Add ½ cup Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk and ¼ cup milk, mix well.

Add 2 cups of milk powder gradually while stirring to avoid lumps. Cook on low heat for 3–5 minutes until it forms a soft dough.

Add cardamom. Press the mixture into a lined tray (1–1.5 cm thickness).

Smooth the top with a buttered spoon

Prepare the Chocolate Barfi Layer

In a clean pan, melt 2 tbsp butter.

Add ¼ cup Nestlé chocolate squeezy Sweetened Condensed Milk + 2–3 tbsp milk.

Add 1 cup of milk powder. Cook on low heat until the mixture forms a soft dough.

Spread this chocolate layer over the milk layer and press it down gently. Allow the barfi to cool for 10 minutes.

Drizzle with melted chocolate or add nuts. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm. Cut into squares or diamonds.
