Berry Crisp Ice Cream

From Nestlé® you will need
From the kitchen you will need
- Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk (397 g) 1 can
- cold heavy whipping cream (480 ml) 2 cups
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- salt ¼ tsp
- mixed berries (fresh or frozen: strawberries, blueberries, raspberry) 2 cups
- rolled oats ½ cup
- cinnamon ¼ tsp
- cold butter 4 tbsp

Combine oats, cinnamon, in a bowl. Rub in the butter with fingers until crumbly.

Spread on a baking tray and bake at 175°C for 12–15 minutes or until golden. Cool until crisp.

Whip the heavy cream to soft–medium peaks.

In a second bowl, combine: Nestlé Sweetened Condensed, vanilla, salt Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.

In a loaf pan or container, layer: Ice cream base, Spoon full of berry compote Sprinkle of crisp topping

Repeat layers and swirl gently with a knife (don’t over‑mix).

Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
