Caramelized Pops

From Nestlé® you will need

Nestlé® Caramelized Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g

From the kitchen you will need

  • semolina fine 1 cup
  • ghee 3 tbsp
  • Nestle caramel squeezy Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 cup
  • water ¼ cup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional Add‑ins:
  • Chopped toasted nuts almonds 30 g
  • Nestle caramel squeezy Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Desiccated coconut (for coating) 20 g

Step by Step

Step
1

  • Heat 3 tbsp ghee in a thick pan. Add 1 cup of semolina. Roast on medium‑low heat for 6–8 minutes until: light golden. Set aside.

  • In the same pan, on low heat add 1cup Nestle caramel squeezy Sweetened Condensed Milk, Pinch of salt Stir continuously

  • Add the roasted semolina to the caramel mixture. Mix well until everything comes together like a soft dough. Cook for 2–3 minutes

  • Remove from heat and cool, while warm, roll into small bite-sized balls (1 inch). Sprinkle crushed nuts and coconut

  • Let the pops cool completely. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes for firmer texture. Drizzle with Nestle caramel squeezy Sweetened Condensed Milk
