From the kitchen you will need

  • For the crust:
  • Biscuits (Digestive, Tea) 250g 1 cup
  • Butter 15g 1 tablespoon
  • Water 1 tablespoon 15g
  • cocoa powder 2 tbsp 30g
  • For the cream filling:
  • Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g 1 tin
  • Cream Cheese 2 cups
  • Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon 5g
  • Gelatin Powder 2 tablespoons
  • Hot water 1 cup
  • Dark chocolate melted 300 g

  • In a mixing bowl. Combine biscuit crumbs, Butter, water, and cocoa powder. Mix everything until well combined. Press the biscuit mixture over the base of a 20-cm loose-bottom cake pan. Place it in the fridge.

  • Beat cream cheese, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed milk, vanilla, and melted chocolate in an electrical mixer until the mixture becomes smooth.

  • Sprinkle gelatin over hot water, mix well to dissolve it, and add it to the cream cheese mixture, stirring constantly.

  • Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared base. Place in the fridge for 3 hours, or until the cheese mixture becomes firm. Garnish with strawberries, optional.
