Chocolate Kunafa with Pistachio Drizzle

From the kitchen you will need
- For the Kunafa:
- Kunafa dough (shredded phyllo pastry) 250 g
- unsalted butter (melted) 100 g
- dark chocolate (chopped or chips) 200 g
- Nestlé chocolate squeezy Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ cup
- whipping cream ½ cup
- For the Pistachio Drizzle:
- pistachios (finely ground) ½ cup
- Nestlé pistachio squeezy Sweetened Condensed Milk ¼ cup
- For Garnish:
- Crushed pistachios
- Chocolate shavings

Prepare Kunafa Base:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, mix shredded Kunafa dough with melted butter until well coated.

Press half the Kunafa mixture into a greased baking dish.
Step

Chocolate Filling:

Heat whipping cream in a saucepan until warm (not boiling).

Add chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.

Mix in ½ cup Nestlé chocolate squeezy Sweetened Condensed Milk.

Pour this chocolate mixture over the Kunafa layer.

Cover with remaining Kunafa dough and press gently.

Chocolate Filling:

Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.

Mix pistachios with Nestlé pistachio squeezy Sweetened Condensed Milk, until smooth and pourable.

Once Kunafa is baked, let it cool slightly.

Drizzle generously with pistachio sauce.

Garnish with crushed pistachios and chocolate shavings.
