Chocolate Pancakes

From Nestlé® you will need

Nestlé® Squeezy Sweetened Condensed Milk 450g

From the kitchen you will need

  • all‑purpose flour 1 cup
  • cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • baking soda ½ tsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • large egg 1
  • melted butter or vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • milk (adjust if batter is too thick) ¾ cup
  • Nestlé Chocolate Squeezy Condensed Milk ¼ cup
  • vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • For Serving:
  • Extra Nestlé Chocolate Squeezy Condensed Milk (for drizzling)
  • Berries or bananas (optional)

  • In a bowl, whisk together: Flour, Cocoa powder, Sugar, Baking powder baking soda Salt.
  • In another bowl, mix: Egg, Milk, Melted butter/oil, Vanilla Nestlé Chocolate Squeezy Condensed Milk.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix gently until combined — the batter should be thick but pourable. If too thick, add 1–2 tbsp extra milk.
  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium‑low heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour batter (about ¼ cup per pancake).

Step

  • Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip. Cook the second side for 30–40 seconds. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  • Stack the pancakes and drizzle generously with: Nestlé Chocolate Squeezy Condensed Milk.
  • Add fresh fruits if you like Serve warm.
