Chocolate Pancakes

From Nestlé® you will need
From the kitchen you will need
- all‑purpose flour 1 cup
- cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- baking powder 1 tsp
- baking soda ½ tsp
- Pinch of salt
- large egg 1
- melted butter or vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- milk (adjust if batter is too thick) ¾ cup
- Nestlé Chocolate Squeezy Condensed Milk ¼ cup
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- For Serving:
- Extra Nestlé Chocolate Squeezy Condensed Milk (for drizzling)
- Berries or bananas (optional)

In a bowl, whisk together: Flour, Cocoa powder, Sugar, Baking powder baking soda Salt.

In another bowl, mix: Egg, Milk, Melted butter/oil, Vanilla Nestlé Chocolate Squeezy Condensed Milk.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix gently until combined — the batter should be thick but pourable. If too thick, add 1–2 tbsp extra milk.

Heat a nonstick pan over medium‑low heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour batter (about ¼ cup per pancake).

Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip. Cook the second side for 30–40 seconds. Repeat until all the batter is used.

Stack the pancakes and drizzle generously with: Nestlé Chocolate Squeezy Condensed Milk.

Add fresh fruits if you like Serve warm.
