From the kitchen you will need
- For the Chocolate Cake Layers:
- All-purpose flour 1¾ cups
- Cocoa powder ¾ cup
- Baking powder 1½ tsp
- Baking soda 1½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Large eggs 2
- Sugar 1 cup
- Vegetable oil ½ cup
- Warm milk ¾ cup
- Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ cup
- Hot water or hot coffee (for extra richness) ¾ cup
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- For the Pistachio Cream Filling:
- Heavy cream (cold) 1 cup
- Finely ground pistachios) ½ cup
- Nestlé Squeezy Condensed Milk ¼ cup
- For the Chocolate Frosting:
- Dark chocolate (melted) 200 g
- Softened butter ½ cup
- Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk ⅓ cup
- Cocoa powder ¼ cup
- Pinch of salt
- For Decoration:
- Nestlé Squeezy Condensed Milk (for drizzling)
- Chopped pistachios 10 g

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line two round cake pans.

Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, milk, and Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth.

Add the dry ingredients.

Pour in hot water/coffee and mix gently (batter will be thin).

Divide into pans and bake for 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool completely.

Prepare the Pistachio Cream

Whip heavy cream until soft peaks.

Add pistachio and Nestlé Squeezy Condensed Milk.

Whip again until thick and fluffy.

Chill for 20 minutes.

Make the Chocolate Condensed Milk Frosting

Beat butter until creamy.

Add melted chocolate, cocoa, salt.

Mix in Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk.

Beat until glossy and smooth.

Assemble the Cake

Place first cake layer → spread thick pistachio cream.

Add second layer → cover entire cake with chocolate frosting.

Drizzle Nestlé Squeezy Condensed Milk on top for a glossy finish.
