Coconut Ladoo

From Nestlé® you will need
From the kitchen you will need
- desiccated coconut (fine) 2 cups
- Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ cup
- cream ¼ cup
- cardamom powder 1 tsp
- ghee (for rolling) 1 tsp
- For the Filling:
- Nestlé Squeezy Chocolate ¼ cup
- For Coating & Garnish:
- Extra desiccated coconut (fine)
- Crushed pistachios
- Additional Nestlé Squeezy Chocolate (drizzle)
Step by Step

In a nonstick pan on low heat, add 2 cups of desiccated coconut. Warm it for 1–2 minutes

Add ½ cup Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk and mix. Add ¼ cup of Nestlé cream.

Add 1 tsp cardamom and mix until soft dough forms. Remove from heat and let cool until warm, not hot.

Scoop small amounts of Nestlé Squeezy Chocolate onto a plate and refrigerate 5 minutes to firm slightly.

Grease your palms with a touch of oil. Take a small portion of the coconut mixture and flatten it.

Add ½–1 tsp of Nestlé Squeezy Chocolate in the center. Close and roll into a smooth Ladoo. Repeat until all ladoos are shaped.

Roll each Ladoo in fine coconut for a clean outer shell.

Drizzle lightly with Nestlé Squeezy Chocolate. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top while the chocolate drizzle is still soft.
