From Nestlé® you will need
From the kitchen you will need
- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ cup
- Butter 100 g
- Water 225 ml
- Vanilla Extract 2 teaspoons
- Flour 200 g
- large Eggs 2
- Cocoa Powder 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Yoghurt 1 tablespoon
- For the topping:
- Chocolate Nestlé Squeezy 200 g
- Nestlé Cream 1 tin

Combine Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk, melted butter, water and vanilla essence in a large bowl.

Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda.

Stir the dry ingredients into the condensed milk mixture until combined.

Pour the mixture into a lined 23cm spring from cake tin.

Bake in a preheated 175C oven for 45 minutes or until a cake skewer inserted into the Centre of the cake comes out clean.

Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes then remove from tin and cool completely.

For the topping:

Warm Chocolate Squeezy + Nestlé Cream to create a truffle glaze.

Pour over cake and let set for a smooth “celebration” finish.
