- Digestive Biscuits, crumbled 200 g
- Unsalted Butter, melted (50-g) 4 tbs
- cream cheese 400 g
- Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin
- Lime Zest (20-g) 2 tbs
- Lime Juice (25-g) 3 tbs
- Black Lumi powder (10-g) 1 tbs
- White Lumi Powder (10-g) 1 tbs
- gelatin powder 2 tablespoons
- hot water 4 tablespoons

To prepare Biscuit base:

Combine biscuit crumbs, butter and Bitter Orange Juice. Rub the ingredients using fingertips. Press the biscuit mixture over the base of 20cm loose bottom cake pan.

To prepare Cheese Filling:

beat Cream Cheese, Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk, Lime Zest, Lime Juice, Lumi powder and mix until smooth.

Sprinkle gelatin over hot water and mix well to dissolve and then add it to the cream cheese mixture with constant stirring.

Pour cheese mixture into prepared base, place in the fridge for 3 hours or until cheese mixture becomes firm.

Optionally garnish top with candied Orange peels or fresh slices.
